Sculpt has been training clients for over 4 years. We have experience working with a vast array of clients from students to manages to international athletes. We have been working in private clinics, homes as well as the gym. All of our personal training plans are unique and designed for each specific individual. The process may stay the same but the sessions and adaptions depend on you.

There are a range of different training options we offer. Prior to starting with Sculpt we would discuss your goals and specific circumstances to ensure that the investment you make will provide you with the most benefit.
In general for local clients, we recommend 10 hours of personal training 1-2-1 in your first month. This, we feel, is the best approach to get to know each other and allow time for screening and any movement correction. After the first four weeks you will get the option to adapt the training, such as bringing a friend onboard or adjusting the number of sessions per month.
There is also scope to work with Sculpt online if you are not local. Regardless of how you work with Sculpt, we will only take on a MAXIMUM of 2 new clients per calendar month. It can take weeks to start working with Sculpt so the earlier you get in touch the better as we can start planning your goals and set up ready to smash the training.
