Meet the SculptLife Team

Here at Sculpt we have worked hard to create a great, friendly and motivated environment. Working with a range of amazing individuals to help inspire you to follow a healthy active lifestyle!

The SculptLife Mission

The fitness world is in competition; buy this, buy that, follow this programme not that one. It seems that the core values of coaching has been lost - the client or individual is no longer first! So I have decided to create the SculptLife community, where you are supported and in control of your own decisions. We work with a great range of brands, offering exclusive deals to make achieving your goals fun, manageable and cheaper! We are working hard at developing a great team to help with this, check them out below and feel free to ask any questions and give them a follow!

Why did you decide to get involved with the SculptLife community?

I have been in the fitness industry and had become frustrated at the poor quality and profit driven companies/coaches and policies in the UK. I hope that this community will help people smash their goals without all the bullshit, giving clear, scientifically backed up, facts and training programmes. The companies that have joined SculptLife are great and it'd be rude to say no to a discount!

Why do you want to be and stay active?

There are SO many reasons why being active is important, from reducing the risk of heart disease to the psychological stress relief. I love training, it's just me against the weights or against the environment and nothing else matters. Plus it's great to meet new people and share ideas

What is your biggest barrier to staying active?

I've had a long list of injuries from training and competing in sports so that's been a pain (literally!)

What are your future goals? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

Well, I really hope that the SculptLife community grows! I have so many ideas and want to travel around the UK giving talks and hosting events for Sculpt. Make sure you watch this space and keep an eye out for any SculptLife events near you soon!

Why did you decide to get involved with the SculptLife community?

I wanted to get involved in the SculptLife community simply for the reason that its a community of like minded individuals. It also gives you access to top quality brands and information to aid you in your fitness journey. It really is a one stop shop for all fitness freaks - just like me.

Why do you want to be and stay active?

I began my fitness journey trying to tone up for my wedding day. I had always dieted but once I started exercising regularly I found that not only did I loose inches but I had much more energy. My motivation is to stay as active as possible as I get older as I want to enjoy my later life to the full! Also I like travelling so being bikini ready at all times is a must for me.

What is your biggest barrier to staying active?

I must admit to being slightly addicted to sweets and I have to ration myself harshly to avoid eating the whole bag!!

What are your future goals? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

Five years is a long time but my goal is just to be content with where I am in life.

Why did you decide to get involved with the SculptLife community?

Being part of SculptLife is super exciting! As a student, any discount is a win! Especially when it involves all the sorts of things which i spend most of my money such as gym clothes and food!

Why do you want to be and stay active?

From a young age I participated in many team sports throughout school and played netball for my county. However when realising my fitness wasn't as good as it should be , i started Crossfit, now I'm hooked!

Being surrounded by wicked people with similar goals is what i love most about training. There is also nothing better than PB'ing or performing a movement you never thought you would manage..

What is your biggest barrier to staying active?

My biggest barrier to staying healthy is my love for food!!!! Like peanut butter... some say eating a whole tub of peanut butter is disgusting..i say it's a skill....

What are your future goals? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

I plan to continue enjoying training while in my last year at university, with the hope i will complete my masters in Strength and Conditioning. Alongside university work, i am hoping to develop my coaching skills and practice within Crossfit, to hopefully make it a living in the long term. That's the plan.

Why did you decide to get involved with the SculptLife community?

Initially I saw this and thought this might be too good to be true. A programme that has been set up to benefit everyone and not just people who only love the gym. To be asked to become an ambassador was a real privilege and now I can share and promote all the amazing products that are available to you guys. Literally everything from coffee to drinks, protein to clothing, there is so much on offer here and that appealed to me the most. As I suffer with ulcerative colitis (which is an incurable bowel disease) I want to promote that you can still achieve what you set out in life, even with a debilitating disease. Some people suffer much worse than myself, So offering them other products and clothing will really help people who suffer and also help the community grow

Why do you want to be and stay active?

I want to be active as fitness and exercise really helps with my condition. Some days I will struggle to even get out of bed and other days I'm running around like a mad man. I want to inspire others to show them that anything is possible and with a little encouragement anyone can get active and stay healthy.

What are your future goals? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

Personally I'd love to be able to inspire others to greatness. I'd love to be involved with a company that puts invisible illnesses on the map and breaks down the stigmas surrounding it. Physical and mental health is so important and that's what I want to promote. I would like to maybe be a contributor to an organisation that I can bring my passion about ibd and fitness to the wider world.... who knows even be involved in a fitness/competitive campaign too?
