Assess: 

Here we have some honest conversations and go through some mobility and strength assessments. Giving us both a clear understanding of your current ability and knowing which areas need to be developed.

Build: 

Bespoke coaching is used to provide you with support and guidance to understand what sensations mean in your body and improve the highlighted areas from the assessment stage.

Learn: 

Greater emphasis on empowering you to take ownership of your own training; helping you make healthy decisions regarding your workouts and routine building.

Explore:

Apply the learned skills and strategies to live an active, pain free life doing what you love.

Stages are not linear and your journey will be unique to you. Therefore, each stage can last anywhere from a week to months. From experience, I have also found that as symptoms improve and clients achieve more than they thought possible - their goals also change. This is totally fine and the steps remain the same.
